Admission Notice — Session 2026-27

Mardan Law College, Mardan announces admissions for the BS Law (4-Year Undergraduate Programme). Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the BS Law degree programme.

Eligibility Criteria

  • F.A. / F.Sc. or equivalent qualification (students awaiting HSSC / 12th class results may also apply).
  • A minimum of 45% marks in the Higher Secondary School Certificate, A-Levels, or an IBCC equivalent qualification involving 12 years of schooling.
  • Must have passed the Law Admission Test (LAT) conducted by ETC-HEC with at least 50% marks, as required by HEC.

How to Apply

  1. Admission forms are available at the college office.
  2. Submit your completed application at the earliest, as seats are limited.
  3. Attach attested copies of your HSSC/equivalent result card, LAT result card, CNIC/B-Form, domicile and recent photographs.

Important Note

No candidate will be considered for admission to BS Law without securing a minimum of 50% marks in the LAT. Admissions are processed strictly on merit in accordance with HEC and Pakistan Bar Council criteria.

Eligibility by Programme

Admission is granted strictly on merit in accordance with HEC and Pakistan Bar Council criteria, along with any further requirements prescribed by the University of Peshawar from time to time.

Eligibility for admission to the LLB (5-Year) programme is F.A. / F.Sc. or an equivalent qualification recognised by the University of Peshawar. Candidates must also pass the Law Admission Test (LAT) and meet any further requirements prescribed by the University of Peshawar from time to time.
